Sam Turner & Sons Ltd, founded on 1st January 1931 and affectionately known at ‘Sammie’s or ‘Turner’s’ has four stores across North Yorkshire and south Durham. Each store is as unique as the Company itself and the people that work there all with the same objective of ensuring our customer’s needs are met with the ultimate goal of being your favourite shop!

Our Leyburn store or ‘little Sammie’s’ as it is known first opened at the end of January 2017. It is a 1000 sq ft store, employing 2 people. Previously located behind the Golden Lion pub in Leyburn, just off the market place and were only open one day a week. Now we are open Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings we are able to service the Leyburn community that much better with their daily Sammie’s essentials. As the store has no-yard, larger items such as fencing cannot be stocked but they are available on a next day collection or delivery service, just contact the Leyburn store to arrange, Julia, Jake and Dave will do their best to meet you expectations of Sammie’s Leyburn.
