Ego Cs 1400 chainsaw

The chainsaw arrived in bubble wrap and a large non original cardboard box.
As it was not in an ego box I assumed it was a customer return, otherwise why no ego packaging. This meant there were no instructions, not even safety instructions (for a chainsaw). I also have no indication of any guarantee which ego claim is 5 years for domestic owners.
I emailed them back but sadly and not unexpected there was no reply.
My only order ever for Sam Turner.
I have used the saw and it is good. So I rate EGO well but not S Turner
