I have purchased many products/equipment from Sam turner with always quick and efficient service. But on this occasion the boots I ordered were delivered to the wrong address by the courier ,unfortunately the address the boots had been delivered to the property owners were on holiday .I personally think a replacement pair of boots should have been sent out straight away and the courier should of chased up their mistake and not leave it to the customer to sort out .
Love my boots, they are very comfortable and have not needed breaking in! Very happy with them and the added freebies too! Quick delivery too. Highly recommend
