John James I purchased two Burgon & Ball pieces of equipment , the loppers are good but the Burgon & Ball QB-GTO/MP Secateurs (green) fell apart the first day I used them, I would like a credit for them to go towards a much better quality set ! do you want a photograph of what I am saying?
