    Brilliant delivery time

The delivery time from ordering the item was 17hrs, brilliant!
Unfortunately the packaging was in a opened condition when delivered, although in the correct box, on inspection though everything was intact and undamaged.
I watched an official video on how to assemble the item on youtube, it looked easy, unfortunately the handles on my machine had to be coaxed into position, the top plate with the logo on would not fit using the correct procedure, I had to use my initiative to get everything to fit.
The machine started on the third pull and immediately went to full revs! I had to stop it quickly, the cable attached to the throttle had not been set up correctly at the manufacturers, it was simple enough to fix but I felt the quality control was not up to standard and spoilt was appears to be a well designed tiller.
I suppose you get what you pay for because at £174.99 it was not expensive, the Honda equivalent being £600.
I am happy with the machine but would have given it 5 stars had the quality control been up to standard.
