Impressive!

I have only owned the Husqvarna LC 353V Self-Propelled Petrol Lawn Mower 53cm just over a day and used it to cut an area of grass of a quarter of an acre in half the time my ATCO took!
As an engineer, it was clear as I unpacked the machine that it was not another cheaply manufactured product from China. Some complain about its weight, but for me, it was yet more evidence of its construction integrity.
Everything about this machine shouts careful design consideration. Not least is the lifting frame for the grass collection bag.
Some would complain that it lacks an electric start. Well, I added the right amount of oil and fuel and pulled nonchalantly on the pull chord. To my surprise, it leapt into action straight out of the box on the first soft pull of the starter chord.
I appreciate the simple fact that the tyres have a tread pattern, as areas of my grass are steeply elevated.
The power drive is more than adequate for the weight of the machine.
So unless you have to lift the machine, I would advise against worrying about the weight. At least you know it is not going to fall apart!
Overall, I am greatly impressed by the overall design and build quality.
I would recommend this lawnmower with confidence, even after such a short period of ownership. First Class!
