This Mainframe tube is made from extruded aluminium & designed with a small external diameter of 16mm.

Mainframe 4ft tube is hard wearing and durable and ideal for creating fruit cages, crop cages, plant supports, pond covers, aviaries and pet enclosures. The tube is made from extruded aluminium and designed with a small external diameter of 16mm so that the visual appearance is less obvious, even though the wall thickness is 1.6mm.

NOTE: This product is sold by the single pole. For more than one 4ft tube, increase your order quantity.

This high-quality 16mm aluminium tube is used for all Mainframe structures and is compatible with all Mainframe connectors and accessories. Available in lengths of 2ft, 4ft, 6ft and 8ft. The tube is extremely easy to cut down to any bespoke length with a hacksaw.

NOT AS SIMPLE AS YOU EXPECT

The connectors are not a push fit but a heavy bash fit. So difficult to assemble the framework with tubes needing so much effort into 3-way, 4-way, 5-way connectors. Forget about taking apart and re configuring the assembly for a changing requirement (on our allotment). So disappointed. Have yet to speak with ST&S.
