My review will be in two parts - 1. Ordering and delivery. 2. The purchased product.
1. The Sam Turner website is well laid out and easy to use. I selected my products and chose Express Delivery comfortably within the countdown time, my order was accepted and completed. Delivery was expected the next day being Friday. However Express Delivery did not happen because a 35kg boxed product must be delivered on a pallet. My order was delivered the following Monday by The Pallet Network. The additional cost for Express Delivery was refunded after contact with ST’s help line.
2. The purchased product.
I am very pleased to have purchased and now used my Stihl cordless lawnmower. As a premium product, I expected high level performance which is exactly what I have, very nicely engineered.
I expect to replace one or two other garden power tools and will most probably buy from Sam Turner again, who offer good value and service.
